About Me
I became a therapist due to my own experiences and a curiosity about people, relationships and what makes life meaningful and purposeful.

I work with all manner of presenting issues clients may bring to a session: illness, conflict, worry, loss and life transitions, to name a few. As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing eating disorders and their families and loved ones.

I have worked in the mental health sector for ten years in private inpatient, not-for-profit and corporate settings. I have worked as an individual therapist, group facilitator, Lifeline crisis supporter and Supervisor, Student mentor, Supervisor for Lifeline for Lawyers, and corporate mental health educator. I am a provisional member of PACFA (Psychotherapist & Counselling Federation of Australia).

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, informed by an Internal Family Systems approach, and will tailor sessions to suit your situation and needs.
